Presenter: Matthew Krengel, Esq.
- Matthew Krengel is an information governance and eDiscovery attorney, educator, and thought leader with more than twenty years of experience at AMLAW top 25 law firms translating complex legal and technical subjects into clear, actionable guidance. Each year, he is invited to speak at leading legal and information governance conferences nationwide, where he focuses on turning legal, regulatory, and technical concepts into practical strategies for lawyers, records and information managers, and legal technologists. His insights have appeared in Law360 and other legal publications, and he has presented to a wide range of industry audiences - from local ARMA chapters across the country to Fortune 500 legal departments - on developments in eDiscovery, AI, records management, information governance, privacy, defensible deletion, data minimization and analytics. These experiences have given Matt a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the field and have honed a speaking style that is engaging, informative, and entertaining.
In addition to conference presentations, Matt designs and delivers live and on-demand CLE courses that balance academic rigor with practical application. He also assists in teaching a law school course on eDiscovery and information governance, helping to shape the next generation of professionals. Equally comfortable as a solo presenter or as part of a dynamic panel, Matt is committed to delivering sessions that are engaging, relevant, and, most importantly, actionable, so attendees leave with ideas they can immediately put into practice at their organizations.
